In 2016 Stephanie hired me to art direct, consult, and develop the creative for the launch of her new EP titled: I Still Taste Fire.

Starting with the development of the CD packaging, to T-Shirts and other merchandise, and then her new responsive website; Stephanie and I worked together to bring out her aesthetic and point of view. It was a pleasure to create the art work and designs to help Stephanie’s vision come to life and to help in here success and growth.

I Still Taste Fire Tee & Post Card

My Role: Art Direction, Illustration, Design

I worked with Stephanie Mabey on a variety of merchandise needs for the launch of her new EP I Still Taste Fire. This tee and postcard set was one of my favorites. Stephanie created a music video to go along with the title track and illustrated this graphic from a moment of that music video. This tied the video and the merchandise together and helped people connect, in-turn, to Stephanie as fans.

Web Site Design

My Role: Art Direction, Design, Development

After developing the overall look and feel for the the launch of Stephanie Mabey’s EP I Still Taste Fire, I began the work of developing her website that would coincide with the release. To highlight the great photography that had been created for the EP we utilized them as large background images. Stephanie wanted the majority of the site content to be able to be experienced on the home page. With this input we developed the design and gave the user moments to dive deeper if they would like to. The site included a simple e-commerce page to allow Stephanie to sell physical and digital products.

Omnichord Tee, Postcard, and GIF

My Role: Art Direction, Illustration, Design

I worked with Stephanie Mabey on a variety of merchandise needs and this tee was one of my favorites. Stephanie is one of the few musicians who regularly plays an Omnichord. It’s an unforgettable looking instrument that got it’s start in the early 1980’s. As Stephanie was often seen playing it live and on prominent tracks, I suggested we use it as a visual. I developed the illustration and worked with the printers to get it just right.
