For GIV’s winter 2007 line I developed the Brando jacket from the initial sketches to the final product. After interviewing GIV team rider Brandon Becker and others, I conceived of an everyday jacket that could excel in almost any condition. The jacket featured zoned insulation in the arms and parts of the body, a removable hood, back button tabs that allowed you to make the jacket a little more slim fitting, fully taped seams and custom fabric with a 20,000mm waterproof rating.

The jacket had lots of additional features: angled side ventilation to work with a backpack, zip out/button up powder skirt with see-through pocket pass, mobile device pocket with media port and headphone cord threading, google pocket and more.
