Creative Direction, Apparel Design, Sample Making, and just about everything else.
I started GIV while attending fashion design school. When my father in-law was diagnosed with cancer I was inspired to start a clothing line that could encourage people to give back to their communities and help others around them. Starting in the industry I loved I began with technical outerwear designs for snowboarding and skiing. GIV then became a full lifestyle apparel company releasing graphic tees, hoodies, jeans, a few jackets, hats, and button up shirts. Giv was focused on technical, functional, lifestyle products while inspiring customers and fans to give back to their communities and various charities. 5% of every sale at GIV went towards charities that did their part to help the world be a better more healthy place.
I Successfully developed brand creative strategies, apparel designs, and managed production of all apparel. Developed first to final patterns as well sourced all necessary materials. Worked with domestic as well as overseas manufacturing houses. Created website, catalog, and all necessary marketing materials from stickers to national magazine ads.
